Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction for an electrical assembly crew of up to 10.
• Review drawings, schematics, BOMs, routings, and work instructions with the crew.
• Ensure safety, quality, and ISO 9001 compliance; monitor productivity and documentation.
• Train and mentor Electrical Assemblers I–III and coordinate with multiple departments.
