Job summary

Electronic Power Design is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join the Manufacturing team in Houston. You will perform electrical assembly of switchboards and control systems, ensuring UL-891 compliance while supporting production schedules and quality standards.

You’ll work closely with Supervisors, Mechanical Assemblers, Engineering, and Production to deliver accurate, on-time products. Growth into Lead Electrical Assembler and Manufacturing Leadership roles is supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate in Electrical Technology preferred.
• Experience in electrical assembly/manufacturing desired.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and switchboard assemblies per drawings and specs.
• Install wiring, devices, and control components accurately.
• Adhere to UL-891 standards and safety policies.
• Support production schedules and maintain quality documentation.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain production flow.
