Job summary

Google seeks an experienced EHS Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across its data center operations in the United States. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress.

You will drive regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and continuous improvement, partnering with contractors and internal teams to safeguard people and the environment while enabling Google’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs and drive operational improvements.
• Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and track corrective actions.
• Evaluate EHS impact during design reviews and risk evaluations.
• Ensure AHJ compliance and manage permits and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and site ownership.
