Google seeks an experienced EHS Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across its data center operations in the United States. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Operations program aims to provide a reliable and scalable EHS service that empowers all stakeholders to achieve a safe, sustainable work environment, regardless of geography or operational differences, advocate and influence leaders to establish a healthy work environment, and ensure that Google infrastructure complies with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and requirements.
This commitment extends to Environmental Regulatory Compliance and Technical Due Diligence, Occupational Safety Regulatory Compliance, Occupational Health Regulatory Compliance, Contractor Management and EHS Performance Management, Incident Investigations, Design for Safety, New Product Introductions, Consensus Standards, and Assurance.
As an EHS Program Manager, you will be a key contributor to continuous improvement across Google's EHS operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Google Data Center departments and contractors to identify and address EHS concerns, risk identification and mitigation. You will ensure the safety of the operations workforce, protection of the environment, and Google’s business. Furthermore, you will provide support with the implementation of new and critical EHS initiatives.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
