Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Program Manager in Council Bluffs, IA to lead the full lifecycle of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive impactful safety and environmental improvements.

You will evaluate incident data, manage regulatory compliance, and guide EHS risk assessments and controls across data-center and operations, while ensuring AHJ permits, KPIs, and site ownership with limited supervision and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management, including tracking and managing EHS metrics.
• Experience working with regulators and ensuring compliance with environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs and drive improvements.
• Develop or improve EHS tools/processes and track corrective actions.
• Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews and process changes.
• Ensure AHJ compliance and manage permits and KPIs.
• Own site-based EHS decisions and travel domestically >10%.
