Job summary

Qualifications

• Seasoned EEO Investigator with experience handling discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA and FEHA is required.
• Ability to conduct interviews, gather evidence and prepare reports.
• Provide EEO-related training and mentoring to staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations for high-priority EEO allegations.
• Develop investigative work plans and conduct interviews with witnesses, complainants and respondents.
• Analyze evidence and prepare comprehensive investigative reports.
• Assist management with training and policy development.
