Job summary

Alameda Alliance seeks a Senior EEO and ER Liaison to lead employee relations and conduct complex discrimination investigations under federal and state laws. You will interview parties, gather evidence, and prepare comprehensive, unbiased reports, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires at least 5 years in investigations and training in non-discrimination law, with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Hybrid work in California and strong judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of investigations experience.
• 5 years training in federal and state non-discrimination laws.
• Knowledge of Title VI, Title VII and Title IX.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform employee relations responsibilities and investigations under anti-discrimination laws.
• Interview relevant parties; gather, compile and analyze documents and information.
• Develop professional, comprehensive written investigations reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliant, neutral investigations.
