Job summary

Xenter is seeking a Lead EEG Technician to lead our clinical EEG team across multiple clinic locations. You will recruit, screen, train, schedule, and support EEG Technicians while expanding into new markets. This hands-on role blends technical EEG expertise with leadership to scale a growing healthcare tech company.

Work is in-person at customer sites with regional travel required. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential to grow to full-time as locations expand.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant (MA), Phlebotomy, Registered Nursing (RN), or Vocational/Practical Nurse program.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EEG procedures with clear explanations and comfort.
• Attach electrodes per protocols ensuring high-quality signals.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust for safety and data quality.
• Operate EEG equipment and capture brain wave recordings.
• Maintain documentation compliant with HIPAA.
• Generate patient reports for neurologists.
• Travel within the assigned geographical region to support multiple clinics.
