Job summary

Xenter, Inc. is seeking a Lead EEG Technician to grow a clinical EEG team across multiple clinics. You will combine hands-on EEG skills with leadership to recruit, screen, train, schedule, and support technicians at several locations.

This in-person role requires regional travel and progression from part-time to full-time as clinics expand. Compensation ranges from $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant (MA), Phlebotomy, RN, or Vocational/Nursing program.
• Certification as CPT, CCMA, CMA, LVN, LPN, or RN required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and attach electrodes according to protocols.
• Train and mentor EEG technicians; oversee scheduling and staffing.
• Travel regionally to support multiple clinics and ensure coverage.
