Wildtype, a sister agency of Remedy Edge within Omnicom Health, is seeking an Editorial Group Supervisor to manage workflow and supervise editors across a product cluster. You will lead the editorial process, provide feedback, and ensure accuracy from manuscript to publication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medical content editing in pharma advertising, in-house agency, or medical publishing.
• Knowledge of AMA Manual of Style, 10th edition is essential.
• Articulate oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Curiosity/interest in medical topics is essential.
• Strong organization and attention to detail to oversee multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Managing workflow and supervising staff for a cluster of products.
• Lead editor on one product and train team members across the cluster.
• Editing, fact checking, and proofreading promotional and educational materials from manuscript through publication.
• Coordinate timing and quality control of projects, including content editing, styling, proofreading, and fact checking.
• Collaborate with account executives, project managers, writers, art directors, and others to ensure high-quality materials.
• Work with writers to resolve content/referencing issues and with management on scheduling.
• Create and maintain style guides and reference citation lists.
