• 5+ years of product management shipping creative tools.
• Experience with customer discovery and feature definition.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous product design and translate ideas into actions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and guide the editor roadmap.
• Imbue editor with refined video editing interactions and defaults.
• Collaborate with AI Research to launch video regeneration and speaker ID.
• Own recording, script generation, and translation flows in Descript.
• Ensure the product scales for larger teams and complex workflows.
