Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to lead classrooms, coach staff, and implement curriculum in line with each child’s needs. You will create a safe space for play, learning, and development while partnering with families to support their children’s growth.

Requirements include strong customer service, a CDA or equivalent credential, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred, with a focus on inclusive, high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and access indoor/outdoor spaces.
• English literacy to communicate with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensors, and partners.
