Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Committed to helping children learn, play, grow and thrive with supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using our characters to make learning enjoyable.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support child development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through apps and discussions.
