The Learning Experience in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning, inspiring joy and curiosity in young minds. You will lead classroom activities, collaborate with staff, and model best practices in early education.

With a focus on safety, communication with families, and utilizing the LEAP Curriculum, you guide infants to preschoolers, foster development, and help families feel supported in their child's growth within a welcoming,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines and age requirement.
• Immunizations, employment physicals, and health training as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating learning space.
• Implement LEAP Curriculum®, adapt to infants/toddlers/preschool.
• Maintain safe, nurturing environment.
• Regularly update families on progress using apps and in-person talks.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and retention.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues.
