KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor a classroom, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will partner with parents and center staff to ensure high-quality care and education.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer is preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to suit the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
