Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teachers while implementing our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment and partner with parents to provide the best care and education.

You’ll also support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with child-specific needs in mind.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
