KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implementing the curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to support their child’s care and education, and work with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Hold or be pursuing a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and active with children.
• Proficient in reading/writing/speaking English with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support care and education for their children.
• Support center success: enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing, and partners.
