KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom. You will partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires strong communication with parents, adherence to state qualifications, and a commitment to building positive learning experiences for children.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success: enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
