Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the KinderCare curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn and grow. You will partner with families to ensure excellent care and education, supporting enrollment and accreditation efforts as part of a collaborative center team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, strong organization, multitasking capable.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Willingness to meet state qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children.
• English reading, writing and speaking to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to reach enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
