Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to guide and mentor fellow educators in a dynamic early childhood setting. You will implement our curriculum, create a nurturing space for children to learn, and build strong partnerships with families to ensure the best outcomes.

As part of our team, you’ll contribute to center success, collaborate with staff on enrollment, accreditation and engagement, and foster positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities,

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• 2-3 years ECE experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center’s success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
