Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to inspire and guide early learners in a supportive classroom setting. You will mentor less experienced teachers, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging space for children and families.

You will collaborate with parents and center leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, while building strong community ties across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or eligible for NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
