Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to coach and guide educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will implement the curriculum, create a nurturing environment, and partner with families to support children's growth and learning.

Your role includes collaborating with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while building strong relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience; bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with the needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners
