KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing space for children. You’ll collaborate with families to support learning and develop strong community ties.

The role requires a CDA credential or progress toward it, plus a background in Early Childhood Education. Training and leadership experience are valued.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; CDA credential required or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child development and education.
• Support enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals at the center.
• Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, and licensing authorities.
