KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide classrooms, mentor staff, and deliver the curriculum aligned with each child’s needs. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, and you’ll partner with families to support their children’s development.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and English communication. A CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid, and 2–3 years of experience are

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
