Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Lead Teacher Qualified per Illinois DCFS regulations.
• Experience teaching in licensed preschool/daycare/childcare.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Provide responsive care and safe, nurturing classroom management.
• Engage families with daily updates, photos, and conversations about growth.
• Foster an inspiring learning environment and support developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with assistants and staff to uphold a strong teaching team.
