KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher in Kendallville, Indiana. You will lead, coach and mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

You will partner with parents, support center goals, and build strong relationships with families and community partners. CPR/First Aid and CDA credentials (or willingness to obtain) are valued, with state qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain (as stated).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
