KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor teachers in a nurturing classroom. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe environment where children can learn and grow, while partnering with parents for the best outcomes.

We value CDA credentials, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic early education setting, with emphasis on safety and child development.

Qualifikationen

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2-3 years ECE experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
