Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers while implementing the company curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.

You will create a safe, nurturing learning environment, connect with parents, and support center goals around enrollment and accreditation. Strong English communication and a CDA credential are preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum per child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Engage with parents to support child development and enrollment goals.
• Partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement targets.
• Build positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners.
