The Learning Experience - Meridian is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 2-year-old classroom in Meridian, Idaho. The role calls for nurturing a structured environment while guiding language, social, and cognitive development for toddlers.

We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, a competitive pay range of $17–$20 per hour based on experience and credentials, and opportunities for professional growth including paid training and advancement

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Lead classroom experience is a plus
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
• Experience working with toddlers or 2-year-olds preferred

Mansioni

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences for children around 2 years old
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create hands‑on activities through art, music, movement, sensory play, and exploration
• Support language, cognitive, physical, and social‑emotional development
• Encourage independence, self‑help skills, and positive peer relationships
• Support toileting readiness and classroom transitions
• Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom guidance
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers
• Follow Idaho childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
