Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with young children.
• Associate degree or CDA required.
• Experience in trauma-informed or supportive settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co‑teach in a therapeutic classroom within Compass Kids.
• Apply developmentally appropriate, trauma‑informed approaches.
• Use evidence‑based curricula and sensory tools.
• Communicate with children, parents, coworkers, and volunteers.
• Manage and monitor student data from classrooms.
• Ensure Christ‑centered, strengths‑based program delivery.
• Provide daily parent updates and program communications.
• Assist with accreditation documents and staff meetings.
• Oversee daily activities and community engagement.
