Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy eligibility.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet individual child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support high-quality care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to drive enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
