Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher who will mentor classroom staff, implement the site’s curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment. You’ll partner with parents to support each child’s education and help the center meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with a preferred CDA or NAEYC candidacy and CPR/First Aid readiness.

Qualifications

• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with children and parents

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers
• Implement KinderCare curriculum per child needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning
• Partner with parents to support children’s education
