KinderCare seeks a proactive Lead Teacher to mentor peers, implement the curriculum, and create a nurturing learning environment for children. You will collaborate with parents to support child development and contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires English proficiency, 2–3 years in Early Childhood Education, and relevant qualifications (CDA preferred; state trainer a plus). CPR/First Aid readiness is expected.

Competenze

• English communication skills required to interact with children and parents.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education (2–3 years preferred).
• Clear understanding of child development and classroom management.
• CPR and First Aid certifications; willingness to obtain if needed.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; state-specific qualifications may apply.
• CDA credential is a strong plus and may be required.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
