Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Program Lead to manage program quality and staff development, overseeing planning, implementation, and assessment for our center. You will coach teaching staff, ensure safe environments, and support enrollment and community relationships.

The role partners with Center Manager to drive quality, equity, and compliance while mentoring staff and leading professional growth initiatives across the center.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED and 15 ECE units (3 in admin/staff relations) or
• AA degree with 24 ECE/CD units, 6 admin units and 2 in adult supervision
• BA with 12 ECE/CD units, 6 admin units and 2 in adult supervision
• Site Supervisor Permit or higher preferred or to acquire on hire
• Continuing education to meet growth standards required.

Responsibilities

• Liaison to share Catalyst Family Inc. vision with staff, parents, school personnel and community.
• Ensure learning from observations is reflected in lesson plans and assessments.
• Collaborate to provide an enriched indoor/outdoor environment meeting diverse needs.
• Lead QRIS participation for Infant/Toddler programs as applicable.
• Coach staff with feedback to improve program quality and development.
• Orient and integrate new staff, set clear expectations, support retention.
