Job summary

Catalyst Family is seeking a Program Lead to oversee all programmatic and staffing aspects within a licensed childcare center in Davis, CA. You will coach teaching staff, ensure developmentally appropriate practices, and collaborate with center leadership on operations, enrollment, and community engagement.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to quality standards, with a strong focus on diversity and safe, healthy learning environments.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED with 15 ECE units or higher qualification in administration or staff relations
• AA/BA with specified ECE/CD units and related admin components
• Site Supervisor Permit or higher preferred, or planned acquisition upon hire
• Continuing education to meet professional growth standards required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program quality and compliance with licensing standards and agency policies.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to teaching staff to achieve quality programming.
• Lead staff meetings, observe interactions, and support curriculum implementation.
• Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, attendance, and community relationships.
• Coordinate with CM/SS to ensure budget adherence and center operations.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive environment reflecting families and community.
