Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Program Lead for our North Davis center to manage program quality, staff coaching, and daily operations.

You will collaborate with the Center Manager to support enrollment, attendance, purchasing, and community relations while ensuring safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments for children. The role requires 2–3 years in an ECE/CD setting and experience mentoring staff, with strong leadership, budgeting, and QRIS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in an ECE/CD setting.
• Experience mentoring and leading other adults or teaching staff.
• Ability to manage center operations, enrollment, attendance, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality and ensure adherence to licensing standards.
• Coach and mentor teaching staff; provide ongoing observation and feedback.
• Collaborate with Center Manager to support enrollment and partnership activities.
• Lead QRIS activities for Infant/Toddler programs and ensure program reflection.
• Coordinate learning environments that are safe, engaging, and culturally responsive.
