Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising Heavy Industrial Electrical projects.
• Must hold a Journeyman or Master Electrical License.
• Oil & Gas and Power experience required.
• Renewable experience a plus.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead representative for the Electrical group at the site and coordinate activities.
• Direct and coordinate construction tasks, manage scheduling, safety, and quality.
• Monitor daily progress, evaluate subordinates, and provide coaching.
• Write reports and administer policies on site.
• Discipline and performance actions as needed after consultation with Management.
