Job summary

KLA is seeking an E-Beam Systems Design Engineer to lead the development, integration, and qualification of advanced e-beam systems for semiconductor applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in system design and cross-functional leadership across engineering teams.

The successful candidate will drive requirements development, integration strategies, and product qualification activities, while collaborating with electrical, software, mechanical, physics, and product engineering

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field.
5+ years of industry experience in semiconductor equipment or related high-technology product development.
Experience as a Systems Engineering professional leading multidisciplinary technical development efforts.
Strong foundation in electronics, hardware/software integration, and system-level engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, integration, validation and qualification of advanced e-beam and SEM systems and subsystems.
Define system requirements, interfaces, and verification strategies for new product development.
Lead system-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to evaluate trade-offs and optimize system performance.
Support product introduction, manufacturing transfer, and technology deployment activities.
