Koch Companies is seeking a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. You will own architecture standards, data models and security across three Dynamics instances, guiding technical leads and delivering end-to-end CX solutions including Power Platform apps and integrations with ERP and data platforms.

You will collaborate with distributed teams across time zones, drive ALM practices, and evaluate new Microsoft features to add value,

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CX solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with the Power Platform and Dataverse, including data modeling, security, workflows and automation, and extensibility through plug-ins, APIs and custom components.
• Proven experience designing integrations and managing solution lifecycles (ALM, environments, release management) across multiple Dynamics instances or business units.
• Experience leading and influencing technical teams and business stakeholders, including distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

• Define and govern architecture standards, data models, technical documentation and security patterns.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and delivery guidance.

• Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 and ERPs, data platforms and other systems.
• Lead environment strategy and lifecycle management practices, including security and deployment approaches.
