Job summary

Life Time Inc. in the United States is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions, mentor a team of stretch specialists, and uphold our high service standards across the club.

You will conduct member assessments, tailor stretching programs, and educate the Life Time team on recovery therapies to enhance client outcomes and overall member satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, knowledge of anatomy and mobility techniques, and a commitment to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering assisted stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions to enhance flexibility and mobility.
• Conduct initial assessments and tailor personalized stretching programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of stretch specialists.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies to improve client experience.
• Engage in required training and maintain a high-quality recovery space.
