Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor other stretch specialists. You will oversee training, ensure high-quality service, and promote the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

The role requires knowledge of stretching techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to client success. An hourly base and commissions are offered with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients using various techniques to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Conduct initial member assessments and create personalized stretching programs.
• Lead a team of stretch specialists and provide guidance and training.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies to support the client experience.
• Engage in required trainings and maintain an orderly recovery space.
