Job summary

Saint Joe’s in Sharonville, OH is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our Community Home team. As a DSP, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them live more independent lives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points).
• Current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care needs (bathing, hygiene, dressing).
• Supporting meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration.
• Encouraging and accompanying individuals on community outings and recreational activities.
• Providing emotional support and social engagement.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
