St Joes – A Place Where Belonging Changes Everything in Sharonville, OH is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our mission-driven team. You’ll provide hands-on care to adults with developmental disabilities to help them live meaningful, independent lives.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, medication administration, community outings, emotional support, and maintaining a safe home environment. We offer weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points).
• Current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care needs (bathing, hygiene, dressing).
• Supporting meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration.
• Encouraging and accompanying individuals on community outings and recreational activities.
• Providing emotional support and social engagement.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
