Job summary

Saint Joe’s in Sharonville, OH is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Sharonville Day Program. This full-time role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will provide personal care and mobility support, build respectful relationships with participants, lead sensory and social activities, ensure safety, and accurately document daily progress.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points).
Current car insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, grooming assistance, and mobility support.

Lead and assist with sensory, recreational, and social activities.
