Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification preferred or obtainable within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year of direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 6 months supervisory or lead experience in relevant field.
• Ability to obtain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, CPI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residence and supervise DSP-RBTs and Back-up Leads on shift.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, shift reports, and timekeeping in Workday.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory, and agency standards.
• Lead health, safety, and behavior support plan implementation for residents.
