Qualifications

• Prior DSP experience with supervisory duties preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the DSP team.
• Help develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support clients with daily living activities and transportation.
• Train and mentor new DSP staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the team.
• Document client progress and incidents promptly and accurately.
• Handle other administrative support tasks as assigned.
