Job summary

Beyond Care Management Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Caregivers (DSP) to join our team and support individuals with disabilities in daily life. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are preferred; all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and patient care. The DSP will support activities of daily living, promote independence, and help maintain a safe, structured environment at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.

Responsibilities

• Requires travel to the individual's home, health-related appointments, and community activities; mileage reimbursement available.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks, menu planning.
• Light housekeeping activities.
• May assist with medication.
• Community resource awareness and assistance.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and health-related appointments.
