Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing direct support.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities during daily program activities.
• Facilitate and support arts, crafts, games, music, exercise, life-skills training, and enrichment activities.
• Accompany participants on community outings to parks, libraries, stores, and volunteer opportunities.
• Assist participants in achieving Individual Plan goals and independence.
• Support learning daily living skills such as budgeting, time management, communication, and decision-making.
• Implement positive behavior support, including redirection and de-escalation.
• Provide job support to participants in employment settings and workplace expectations.
• Assist with personal care needs and mobility as outlined in support plans.
