Hummingbird Care Home LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to support program operations and mentor DSPs. The role emphasizes ISP implementation, adherence to OARs, and collaboration with nursing and behavioral teams to ensure high-quality resident care.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a salary of $52,000 per year and opportunities for professional growth within the company. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are valued and encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience implementing and monitoring ISPs.
• Experience using Therap.
• Bilingual Spanish-English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with program managers, team members, and County Case Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee training and orientation of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Assist with ISP completion and coordination with outside agencies and families/guardians as needed.
• Coordinate with Registered Nurse and Behavior Specialist to meet client needs promptly.
• Attend scheduled meetings and ensure timely completion of required actions from Protective Service Investigations.
• Support QA processes to ensure licensing compliance and quality of care.
