Job summary

Sunrise Enterprises Inc. in Roseburg, OR seeks a Lead Day Support Activities Direct Support Professional to assist in training, supervision, and motivation of participants and staff. In the supervisor's absence, you will mentor DSPs and help ensure safety, quality, and ISP goals are met.

The position offers a $17.00 hourly wage, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma/GED, strong communication skills, and willingness to obtain required certifications;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience with adults with IDD is preferred but not required; training provided.
• MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills are required.
• Must be 18+, valid Oregon driver’s license, insurable.
• Ability to pass criminal history check and drug screen (THC).

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Mentor and supervise DSP staff; support training and daily goals.
• Assist with transportation duties and ISP-related activities.
• Maintain documentation, attendance, and timecards for participants.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in all participant activities.
